All of our coffee cakes will be fine on the counter for 5 to 7 days.

All of our coffee cakes freeze perfectly for up to 9 months.

We suggest anyone with a nut allergy to not eat our coffee cake.  While we do our best to control cross-contamination, there are nuts (Pecans and Walnuts) present in the bakery.
